With Transformational Coaching we uncover the hidden beliefs that have kept you stuck and develop new beliefs that make transformation inevitable. Most people actually feel like they can’t actually chose what happens to them in their job, love life, money, and health; they believe they have to just deal with what ever life hands them. I help you become more empowered to create the life of your dreams to manifest reality, and give you more access to choice. I help you become more empowered.
What can I expect during the initial consultation?
It’s pretty simple: We’ll talk and get to know one another. You’ll tell me how it is right now and how you’d like it be. Then we’ll work together to help you . . .
1. Create a crystal clear vision for the ideal life you’ll be living in your new slim, healthy, and radiant body. The more clear you are on what you want to have in your life, the more likely you are to achieve it.
2. Uncover the hidden challenges that may be sabotaging your weight loss efforts and keeping you fat and robbed of energy. Get perspective on the root of why you continue to struggle.

What’s it like to work with Karin?
We start by establishing clear goals and assessing your current health. Next we put together a strategy and I help you implement it by supporting you and holding you accountable every step of the way. I teach you how to be your own best care-taker and how to think like a detective when it comes to your health and well being. I’ll also walk you through experiential exercises so that you’ll be able to make shifts with ease. I’ll help you through any points in which you feel stuck or overwhelmed; and hold you in the most loving, caring space you can imagine.
Who do you work with?
I work with women, men, teens, professionals, college students, parents, emotional eaters, substance abusers, LGBTQ+, and veterans — but not just anyone. The reason I have an initial consultation for my private programs is so that you can get to know me better AND so I can get to know you better.
The truth is, I only work with people who are ready to make their health and life a priority, so I only invite people to work with me who are a good fit. Plus, I only work with few people privately at any given time. This keeps my attention on you and your results. 🙂
I’m not sure my spouse/significant other/family/friends will support me on this journey. How then, will I be successful?
We’ll work together to uncover your obstacles and I’ll help you find solutions to empower you to reach your goals. I know what it’s like first-hand to appease family and friends and stay committed to my own plan. This can often be one of the biggest hurdles people face. I have lots of ideas and strategies to keep everyone smiling and reduce any concerns you (or they!) might have.
